Malice Domestic presents a special award, the Poirot Award, from time to time, "to honor individuals other than writers who have made outstanding contributions to the Malice Domestic genre. The award is bestowed by the Malice Domestic Board of Directors and presented at the Malice Domestic conference."
This year, the award is being presented to Robert Rosenwald and Barbara Peters, the people behind both the Poisoned Pen Press and the Poisoned Pen Bookstore. From this blog's perspective, the Press is the U.S. publisher for the British Library Crime Classics series.
Author Laurie R. King (r.) interviews Robert Rosenwald and Barbara Peters at the Malice Domestic conference.
Congratulations - and very glad to see their work recognized.
