I haven't written very much here about another top-notch mystery writer, Patricia Moyes. For one thing, all of her books are out of print, which I think is an outrage. I really enjoy her books, which feature Scotland Yard Chief Inspector (or higher) Henry Tibbett and, in most cases, his wife Emmy, and I do wish she were better known.
Let me recommend this excellent review by Jim Napier, over at the Rap Sheet blog, of Moyes's "Murder Fantastical," which I think is one of her best. As he notes, second-hand copies of her books are fairly easy to come by. She's worth the effort!
